(WILLIB'S SANDWICH SALOON - 1ST STORY) Only the basement of this building is fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing 692 square foot tenant space for a new sandwich/deli restaurant tenant. This tenant space is located on the 1st story of the Chandlee Building. It has an exterior door giving direct access from the 5th Street sidewalk. A license agreement with ACHD allows an 85 square foot fenced sidewalk seating area. The fence and seating are NOT allowed to obstruct egress or accessibility to the disabled. Separate approval from the City Clerk is required for the seating area. Work is to include interior nonbearing partial height walls, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
