The new garage will be 160 square feet. There will also be a new covered front porch of 50 square feet. New work will include all new electrical as well as creating a vaulted ceiling from a flat ceiling. Purlins will need to be added to one side of the existing rafters and the other side will require adding rafters to create 12 inch on center spacing.
