This project is for an extensive repair of fire damage to the 2nd floor of an existing 2644 s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The repair is to include the replacement of floor joists that are beneath bedrooms #1 & #2 extending over the family room to a girder truss that will be replaced. The walls including exterior walls for these 2-bedrooms are to be replaced along with the entire 2nd level roof structure. The portion of the roof structure adjacent to these bedrooms on the main level over the garage will also be replaced. Also to be replaced will be the bearing wall that supports the floor joists for the bedrooms above supporting the cantilever into the family room area to the replaced girder truss. The wall between the garage and the utility room will be replaces as necessary. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical and ESC permits are required. R-1B ok per Colleen Carroll.
