This permit is for the construction of a new single family dwelling with an attached garage and a full basement. The main level is 4762 square feet with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The attached garage is 960 square feet and the covered front porch is 328 square feet while the covered back patio is 372 square feet. The basement is a total of 4805 square feet with one bathroom and two storage areas. The basement walls are built of Insulated Concrete Form to the engineers specifications. THE PERMIT HOLDER is responsible to comply with R602.10 for wall bracing or build to an engineered design. The insulation spray applied to the roof deck will be installed to meet the Evaluation Service report number ESR-2642 including the non prescriptive ignition barrier that will also be spray applied. There will be a room built in the attic space in bonus trusses to separate the heating equipment from the attic space. There is to be no openings between the attic space and the room in the attic or communication of the air in the living space and the air in the attic. There will also be no venting provided for the attic space as it is an unvented attic assembly with no heat provided to it. The condensing surface is the inside of the foam that is spray applied to the roof deck. Special inspections are required on all welding being done on this project. R-1CDA zoning district, building setbacks, CAR05-00045 per Planning and Zoning. Built per all approved plans, red lining, plan review report and engineering. (BSP)
