SPECIAL INSPECTION IS REQUIRED FOR EPOXY ANCHORS PER ENGINEERING ON S2.1 PROVIDE SPECIAL INSPECTION REPORT TO THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTOR AT TIME OF INSPECTION. The removal and infill of an existing window indicated on sheet A.1 is not allowed under this permit and the contractor indicated that the window will not be infilled. CDM
