This project is for the placement of new non bearing interior and exterior walls to create a new bedroom on the upper level of an existing 3602s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The project will include 12'-6" l.f. of exterior wall to enclose a 135s.f. portion of the covered exterior balcony directly over the utility area on the main level. There will be non bearing partition work in bonus room to separate the new bedroom from same. Another 61 l.f. of partition will create a new closet area for the new bedroom.
