This permit is for the construction of a new two story single family dwelling and a detached garage. The garage is a total of 500 square feet stick framed. The main story of the house is 1073 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom. The second story is 740 square feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The second story braced wall line is out of plane with the first which will require the floor joists over that area to be at 16 inches on center and double joists at each end as noted on approved plans. The crawlspace is conditioned with closed cell spray foam with an ignition barrier. The spray foam used in the walls and attic will be open cell installed per the attached Evaluation Service report ESR-1172. THE PERMIT HOLDER is responsible to comply with wall bracing per section R602.10 or build to an engineered design. R-1CH zoning district, building setbacks and DRH08-00306 per Planning and Zoning. Built per all approved plans, red lining, plan review report and evaluation service report. (BSP)
