Description	(Re-roof & structural upgrades-) For improvements to Whittier Elementary School. Work to include the removal of the existing roofing materials and roof sheeting and installing new roof sheeting and roofing. Some existing windows will be removed and replaced and two sun control devices will be installed. Structural upgrades will also be be performed by tying the roof and second floor diaphrams to the exterior walls. All work to be done per the approved plans and the attached engineering. Special inspections are required per the special inspection start up form.
