This project will include the lifting of the existing dwelling off of the foundation and replacing same as needed per the structural engineering attached. There is to be a bond of $3500.00 placed on the project that is returnable at the time the dwelling is attached back to the new foundation. R-1CH ok per DRH08-00344 by Mathew Halitsky. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked Energy compliance path option #2; Engineering calculations and the engineer's details along with the plan review notes. pep
