This permit is to finish construction of a new two story single family dwelling. The foundation and utilities were previously installed under BLD07-01234 The main floor is 627 square feet with a kitchen and one bathroom. The second story is 582 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The side setback is set at three feet and the walls built there will be to a one hour rating per gypsum file WP 3660 and the eaves that project to within five feet of the property line will be rated to one hour on the underneath side per the detail on the plans. There is also covered front porch of 95 square feet. At the rear of the property there will be a new detached garage of 480 square feet. The projections on the side of the garage are only permitted to be 10" maximum. The projections on the house may only extend to within 2' of the property line. The walls built within the three feet of the property line will be to one hour rating per the gypsum listings on the plans. The existing foundation has been inspected by a third party testing agency and approved, see attached report. R-1C zoning district, building setbacks and CUP07-00093 per Planning and Zoning.
