(HEIRLOOM DANCE STUDIO - CAPITOL TERRACE - 1ST STORY) This building if fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To remodel an existing 2,244 square foot tenant space to be used to teach ballroom type dance classes. On weekends there will be dance nights, open to anybody, where students and their guests can come and practice. This space is located on the 1st story of Capitol Terrace, below the parking garage. Work is to include a 2-hr fire-resistance-rated wall infill, hardwood flooring, millwork, and finishes. The change of occupancy classification for this tenant space and the increase in occupant load "triggered" upgrades to the building core. Those upgrades will be done under permit BLD09-01327. This tenant space shall NOT be occupied until after the core upgrades have been completed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
