AND WILL NOW REQUIRE ONLY ONE EXIT WITH 47 OCCUPANTS. OFFICES 507 AND 508 WILL NOT BE CONSTRUCTED AT THIS TIME. THE SINGLE DOOR AT 520A WILL NOW BE A DOUBLE DOOR. OFFICE 534 WILL NOT BE CONSTRUCTED AT THIS TIME. For minor interior improvements to an existing tenant space. With work to include downsizing the original space from 12266 sq. ft. to 9023 sq ft. with the remaining 3243 sq. ft. left unoccupied (the 3243 sq. ft. space will require a separate certificate of occupancy prior to any occupancy). The improvements will include the creation of two new office spaces and one conference room from existing open space. The large conference room in the center of the space will include the installation of a folding door. Additional ducting will be routed to the new conference rooms. Lighting will be reconfigured for the new rooms with no new lighting to be added. Work will also include related misc. interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and comply with NFPA#13 as regulated by Boise City Fire Department.
