Discussed scope of work, time frames requirements, occupancy uses and submittal dates. Want to submit plans for review processing while going through Planning for review and approval. Angie will provide hold harmless agreement for tenant / building owner to sign with understanding that issuing an interior demolition permit and reviewing the plans before Planning DRH is approved does not guarantee that a permit will be issued for the project. Tenant & building owner proceed at their own risk. Plans and certificate of value for interior demolition permit to be submitted by 3/18/09 if proposed schedule is to be maintained. Plan Intake to see if plans can be received into plan routing for review process tentatively set for 4/1/09. Tentative permit date of 4/17/09 and occupancy on 7/1/09.
