Description	(TrICA PHASE 1 STRUCTURAL IMPROVEMENTS) To perform select interior demolition at basement, first and second floors and exterior areas of wall and roof to allow the installation of new structural concrete footings, steel columns and beams to provide structural upgrades to support vertical loads at floors and roof of east half of building. Structural modification of the west portion of the building and all structural modifications to address lateral loads for the entire building will be submitted under future Phase II plans and application for separate permit. Once building is stabilized, additional interior non-structural demolition will occur in preparation for future tenant improvments which will be under separate permit. To reinforce existing exterior wall wood studs with steel studs on each side per structural engineering design. Special Inspection required per attached Project Start Up for Special Inspection for and Sheet s1.0 of plans. NO OCCUPANCY OR USE IS ALLOWED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT.
