Resubmit plans showing the shed that has been built on the north side of the building. Repair the exit sign/emergency light at the main door. Remove the thumbturn lock at the main door (keyed on egress side is ok). Discuss hardware issues on the double doors to the new shed with the plan reviewer. Currently there is lever passage hardware down low and a thumbturn dead bolt up high on the active leaf. The inactive leaf has manual flush bolts.

Cannot complete occupancy review until a site visit occurs from planning department and cannot install landscaping because of the winter season. DR approval is the only thing remaining for a permanent C of O. The Building was finaled as a storage building originally but never received a C of O. New permit application expiration date is March 29, 2010. This is the only permit application extension that will be granted.
