Work to include: Minor demolition, new non-load bearing partitions, electrical modifications, paint and floor finishes, new automatic fire sprinkler system installed throughout in accordance with NFPA 13R, new bathroom (first floor unit), new kitchenette (second floor unit), and a sixteen square foot addition for the fire riser room will be added to the building.
