This project is for an interior remodel of an existing 3064s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. The project is to include select interior wall work on the main level that will close off the 2nd doorway to the master bathroom and adding a new bathtub. The master bedroom door is to be relocated along with the door from the guest bedroom. There will be relocations of the closets and expansion to the main bathroom and adding door from hallway. In the basement there is to be a wall constructed across the family room to create a new bedroom. There will be a new media room created w/o any windows and will required proper ventilation and lighting. There will be added plumbing in the laundry room and also a sink cabinet in the media room that is adjacent to it. R-1B ok per Colleen Carroll.
