This project is for the placement of select interior non bearing partitions in the basement / cellar area of an existing single family dwelling along with additions to include the placement of a new code complying stair to the basement area that will also have code complying egress per R310. There will be a new bath created off of the kitchen area. Another small additon at the front of the home to extend the living room. R1CH ok per DRH09-00063 by Mathew Halitsky.
