There is a section at the south end of the patio that is covered by open lattice. Per the letter on file the inside assembly area and the outside patio will not be occupied at the same time allowing for no increase in occupant load. If in the future events are held simultaneously the occupant load will need to be adjusted with a new code analysis completed and any non-compliant items brought up to code.
