We have reviewed the letter from Kristi Bowins and have determined that the required bathroom under BLD05-01696 was never installed by "DK Donuts" and therefore since your new tenant "Idaho Gold and Silver" are not changing the occupancy from the original tenant "Dominoes Pizza" then no requirement for a bathroom will be enforced at this time. This approval is contingent on maintaining the same occupancies, future tenants may be required to install the bathroom in question. Thank you for being diligent on helping clear up these past issues.
