This project is for the construction of a new 645s.f. lower level wood framed deck area; along with the remodel and addition of 260s.f. of living area for the main level that will include 304s.f. of deck/balcony area off of this addition. As this deck is to have a "Cable guard Rail" system the eng must certify the completed rail system prior to the final approval of the building permit. Footing subgrade must be approved by the applicant's geotechnical engineer prior to scheduling footing inspection. The approval letter must also indicate that there is an adequate setback from the descending slope. Call terry Records at 384-3946. ESC Plan approved by Steve Webb per the attached conditions. R-1B ok per Colleen Carroll. All per the approved plans as marked Engineering details and Engineer's calculations along with the plan review notes. pep
