Approval contingent on adhering to approved plans. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to define the second and third floor lobbies, installation of new lighting, new hi/low drinking fountains (one on each floor), new mechanical system, new doors and hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
