Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create: fourteen offices, one break room, a reception and work room, four group rooms, two unisex accessible toilets, separate sex men's and women's restrooms, two waiting rooms, and a storage area], {construction of a new entrance including: new canopy, new elevator, new exterior door, new parking, and infill two existing exterior openings} installation of new lighting, new plumbing fixtures, new ducts and diffusers, new doors and hardware, new accessible sales and service counter, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
