This remodel project is to include the repair of the sewer; electrical and sewer system; heating along with the flat roof. There will be renovation work in the basement living and laundry space. remove existing and construct a new basement stairway; remodel of the master bedroom area by adding a dormer that expands the closet area. the master bedroom will get a new small balcony. the kitchen area is to be expanded by removing one bearing wall to open up the area where the old stairway was.
