(BROADWAY BUILDING) VANILLA FINISH This "minor tenant improvement" project is to include the removal of select interior non bearing partitions to create a 5000s.f. vanilla shell space. The project is to also include the placement of new interior partitions to upgrade the restroom areas to create 4 - ADA compliant single occupant restrooms; adding two new accessible drinking fountains; a new service sink in each of the two mechanical rooms along with the replacement of the lighting system to T-8 3-lamp fluorescent light fixtures. The exterior lighting is to be time clock controlled. There is also to be 4-new combination emergency/exit lights. Public works approval by Beverly Hall. The occupant load is calculated @ 1 per 30s.f. of gross area. Separate electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked. Separate occupancy review and Certificate of Occupancy are required before this space is occupied. pep
