(KELSEY'S TAVERN) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To convert a 450 square foot area that was formerly part of "Jamaca-me-tan" (tanning salon) from a boutique to a tavern. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls and millwork. For egress, "Kelsey's Tavern" will function as an independent tenant space even though there is a door located in the wall between the tavern and the tanning salon. The adjacent tanning salon was originally required to have 2 restrooms. Those restrooms are required to be maintained available to all tanning salon occupants regardless of age. Those restrooms will also serve this tavern. This arrangement was allowed because the operating hours of the tanning salon and the tavern are the same and because the owner of the adjacent tanning salon has agreed to allow the tavern occupants access to his restrooms. The tavern is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
