The existing seepage bed does not drain in a reasonable amount of time. The grading and drainage plans have been modified to re-consruct the existing seepage bed. Plan modification accepted to modify the drading & drainage plans to accomodate the architectural revisions that create a permanent addition on the northeast corner of the building. This change impacted the location of the seepage bed that was planned to recieve the eastern receiving area runoff. The new structure forced us to combine the runoff from the eastern receiving area with that of the northern dock area. The calculations have been modified to reflect the changes on the plans. 4 copies of sheets C1.1, C1.2, C1.3, C1.4 and 2 drainage calcs and routed to John Menard
