Curt Barber with Custom Steel Structures called because received request for FV. Part way through this project at 2980 Main St there was a fire that did minor damage to 2980 Main and major damage to 2900 Main (Bld09-01796). At that time Vertical Corp took over project and pulled new permit for 2900 Main (bld10-01086 & Bld10-02356). Vertical worked off of this same original permit to get occupancy at 2980 Main, but there was never a change of GC recorded during that time. Curt will turn in what portion of the value he did and what his subs got, but need to contact Vertical for everything that happened after the fire.
