The occupant load will still be less than 10 occupants 283 sq. ft. at 1:35 is 8 occupants.** For minor tenant improvements to an existing daycare facility with work to include the construction of approximatly 13 lineal feet of interior partition wall and the modification of approximately 10 lineal feet of interior nonbearing partition wall. This remodel will divide one larger room into two smaller areas with one area to be an office and one area to be a daycare for 6 to 10 children between the ages of 3 and 5. The occupant load of the daycare area shall not exceed 10 with only one available exit from this room. This is a fully sprinklered building, any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department.
