I stopped early this morning but peter did not have the approved plans on site. He was going to go down town and get copies and try to be ready for this afternoon. I called and left a voice message and also stopped at the project but could not contact him. No inspection was performed.

The owner received the wrong set of permit/drawings from city hall so no inspection was performed. I noted that the two exit sign/emergency lights did not function and the existing fire extinguisher was not mounted and it did not have a current inspection tag.
