(BOISE CITY/ADA COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY) Scope of work includes select interior demolition and replacement of water pipes, valves and installation of an anti-scale system. Replace select water heaters and the piping from units to the entrance into the wall. All work per reviewed plans. Work involves demoltition of portions of existing 1-hour exit corridor walls. The 1-hour walls shall be maintained / restored to 1-hour fire-resistance rating and all through - and membrane penetrations shall be protected in accordance with Sections 712 of the 2006 IBC. Per the UBC in effect at time of construction, exterior and interior bearing walls are of a minimum 2-hour fire-resistive rating; floors are two (2) hour horizontal fire-resitive assemblies and interior non-bearing walls are non-combustible, 1-hour fire-resistive construction. The fire-resistive integrity of all construction elements shall be maintained and/or repaired. All plumbing shall comply with the 2003 UBC as currently adopted. drs
