WORK TO INCLUDE: SELECTIVE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING LIGHT BOOM MOUNTING PLATES; STRUCTURAL SUPPORT ASSEMBLY MODIFICATIONS FOR THE NEW LIGHT BOOM ATTACHMENTS; CUTTING AND PATCHING AS REQUIRED FOR NEW ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND DEVICES; PATCH, REPAIR, AND RE-FINISH WALL AND CEILING SURFACES. ALL WORK PER THE APPROVED PLANS. This building is fully fire sprinkered ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. SPECIAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED PER CHAPTER 17 OF THE 2006 IBC. SRZ*** Select interior demolition and remodel of portions of the third floor Cardiovascular O.R.'S, #2, #3 & #4, and the conversion of the adjacent Anesthesia Work Room into two pre-operative Holding Rooms.
