This building was reviewed as an unlimited area building. The footing and foundation for this shell building is be installed under building permit BLD09-01496. All construction per the approved plans. JCM (PLAN MODIFICATION - 01-12-10) Minor field modification to drive through opening at the west receiving area, work included removing 2' 8" of CMU to enlarge the opening to 14' 8" and install new lintel per attached engineering dated 12-04-09 this was field evalutated by Jim Storey, (RmH)
