(FIRE REPAIR - CHATEAU DE'BOISE RETIREMENT RESIDENCE) To demo and repair Fire damage areas on the South facing wing of an existing retirement apartment building to the condition prior to the fire including: Rooms 118, 119, 120, the vertical exit stair enclosure, and the common corridor on the first floor; Rooms 215, 216, 217, the vertical exit stair enclosure, and the common corridor on the Second floor; Rooms 313 where the Fire started, 314, the vertical exit stair enclosure, and the common corridor on the Third floor. Work to include: demo all fire damaged areas; demo all water damaged areas; replace all sheetrock, carpeting, particle board, flooring in bathrooms, and flooring in hallways to original; Replace (2) decks; demo room #313 deck completely and replace to original; demo room #216 2x6 deck top and replace to original; Remove water damaged insulation throughout, dry affected area's and remediate any mold issues; remove and replace charred wood in deck areas and replace to original; remove hallway ceiling tiles and replace with new tiles; Install new insulation, install new sheetrock at ceilings and walls with same materials as original; install new subfloor on floors; Install new windows and doors that were damaged as original; repair water damaged bathrooms back to original; repair exterior to original condition; remediate any/all mold and miscellaneous finish work. All construction shall be per chapter 39 of the 2006 IBC, the approved plans, engineering, attached plan review report, and the structural inspector's approval. NOTE: No structural damage or repair was declared as part of this permit. Separate permits are required for the installation of electrical, plumbing and mechanical. 2006 IBC, sections 3403. This building is fully Fire sprinklered. No work is proposed to the existing Fire Sprinkler system. All penetrations and/or openings of any Fire-resistant-rated assemblies shall comply with the 2006 IBC. (See plan review report) **SRZ**
