(Hillcrest Country Club - Pool) Too excavate and or provide compacted fill as necessary to prepare for the construction of a new 5,085 sq. ft. swimming / diving pool; a new 4,447 sq. ft. pool deck; new stairs from the terrace to the pool deck and from the pool deck into the pool; install a new accessible ramp between the terrace and the pool deck; install an EZ Pool Lift to provide pool accessibility and construct a 350 sq. ft. below grade pool equipment room and pool equipment. See ESC09-00683. Planning approvals signed off by Cody Riddle. Restrooms and exiting from the pool area is not a part of this permit. They will be provided under separate permit as part of phase II of Hillcrest Country Club remodel. There is sufficient pool deck area to provide 5 sq. ft. per person at a distance greater than 50 feet from any building indicated on plans as a safe dispersal area. Pool, deck & equipment shall be bonded per the 2008 NEC. Pool to be enclosed by minimum 4 foot high fence with gates & hardware per Sec. 3109.3, 2006 IBC. Demolition of old pool was done under separate permit, BLD09-01911.
