(Safelite Autoglass) Permit for first time tenant improvement to an existing 61,600 sq. ft. building with work to include the construction of a new tenant demising wall, interior non-bearing partition walls, men's and woman's accessible restrooms, installation of a unisex restroom, new suspended ceiling system with associated lighting, new HVAC system, one new exterior door and sidewalk on the east side of the building, some chain link fence in the interior of the building and all related interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report, any notations and all applicable codes. Racking over 8 feet in height requires a separate building permit. No racking is allowed under this permit THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING; ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 13 AS REGULATED BY THE CITY O BOISE FIRE DEPARTMENT. Life safety passed. Plans had not been routed through fire, hence the contractor had installed duct smoke detectors as shown on the city approved plans. They however had not been connected to the existing fire alarm system. Due to the hvac units being smaller than 2,000 cfm the duct smoke detectors have been removed.
