This tenant space was formerly a chiropractic office. Work is to include millwork and finishes. Since a grease hood and duct will not be provided, cooking operations that produce grease laden vapors are NOT allowed. Appliances that are typically used in such a way, including a griddle, are also NOT allowed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
