He said Terry Blamires leased space from him and was in charge of the remodel, but is now since not the lesee and no longer associated with building and unable to contact him. Irelands Own was on the job for only a short time and not really knows what the job costs were, just used their RCE# to secure the permit. Terry left the building unfinished and Mark worked with building inspector to patch up walls and do minimal work to get final inspection so he could put it up for lease again. I told him will sign off on final value notices since majority of work done under Terry's supervision and unable to contact him.
