ANY alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Called Scott with zach evans construction to get status on job. Scott noted that he would contacted me with information after speakinf with the architect and owner. I told scott that if needed we could schedule a building conferance with myself and life/safwty inspector to go over what insprections and paperwork would be required. This addition was completed with no permits and no inspections.
