The existing exterior exits from the buildings central exercise area will serve as the main access and egress to serve this area. Verify these main exit doors have required exit signage with illumination and panic hardware as they provide exiting for the main assembly area as well. This is an occupancy use change from an "E" school occupancy, K-12, to a "B" occupancy for skill and developement training not within a school or academic program. Work will include any modification of doors and hardware serving the new tenant as necessary for compliance with current code. The building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. Modifications to the sprinkler or alarm system require separate permits from the Boise City Fire Department BEFORE any work is done.
