This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling that is to include the change out of select bedroom windows to comply with egress requirements; fir out select basement walls; and add at least 2-code complying egress windows that one will be in each of the bedrooms in this basement level. In this basement the furnace and waterheater will also be relocated. Any other egress windows are at the discretion of the builder/owner. There will also be a new covered patio at the front entry area with roof overbuild to add to the front elevation of the dwelling.
