(IDAHO ELKS REHABILITATION HOSPITAL - VESTIBULE INSTALLATION) Work includes construction of an 8'-3" noncombustible framed wall, 5/8" type 'X' sheetrock & finish, with a 4'-0" x 7'-0" door with a sidelight to create a vestibule within an existing 2-hour rated exit passageway. Wall & door will be approximately 20 feet into the passageway from the existing exterior door. A wireless actuator will be installed to assisted door opening. A new exit sign will be installed on the west side of the new door. The integrity of the existing 2-hour exit passageway will be maintained by appropriate repair of any modified or damaged areas with new construction tight against the existing interior side of rated walls and tunnel deck above. This building is fully sprinklered. Any modifications to the existing fire sprinkler or alarm systems will require separate application, plans and permits from the fire department before such work can begin. A Certificate of Compliance is required as evidence of final inspection and approval by Boise City PDS Building Division. drs
