This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling. The remodel is to include the addition of 2-new bathroom areas in the existing sleeping porch areas off of the two adjacent bedrooms. This remodel will require that the rooms meet the requirements for adjoining rooms to allow for natural light and proper code complying egress from the modified bedrooms. R-1AS ok per Todd Tucker.
