This remodel project is for the removal of an existing interior masonry fireplace and infill of the flooring and ceiling finishes. The project is to also include interior partition work to frame in for a new pair of doors to the right of the entry door to separate the new opened up living room area from the entry hall. There is to be minor leak repair to the roof areas at the flashing of the front and rear patio covers. R-1C ok per Andrea Tuning. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
