See the city approved plans for the locations of the deficiencies. They include annual inspections for the fire extinguishers, providing exit signs and emergency lighting, removing locks from the interior corridor system and providing correct hardware on two of the south facing exit doors. Tate may meet with Tim Woodard and discuss reducing the square footage of the building to drop the occupant load there by reducing the number of exits which could make the exit sign/emergency light requirement non-applicable.
