This project is for the construction of new fully engineered above grade wooden deck area of 969s.f. R-1B ok per Colleen Carroll. A separate ESC permit is required. Due to the small nature of this project excavation the ESC plan waiver fee is not required as the excavated will all be spread thinly at the excavation areas. And all BMP's will be met. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
