Construct new interior walls to create rooms for Ultrasound, Exam, Break, Waiting/Reception, Nurse/Blood Draw, Housekeeping, Equip. Storage, Two fully accessible Restrooms, Office and Hallway; new egress doors, accessible hardware and maneuvering space at doors for code compliance. Work includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems; interior millwork, finishes and drinking fountain, all per reviewed plans. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered with sprinkler system used as substitution for 1-hour construction under the UBC in effect at time of construction. Called Josh Howa, ZGZ. Resubmittal cover letter indicates that door(s) 115A was modified to provide minimum 32" clear width for at least one leaf. This was not done on the plans or in the door schedule. Josh determined to use one door leaf of 3' - 6" and I told him I would red line plans and door schedule to allow the permit to be issued. A written addendum will be provided by Josh.
