This building will be used for office, storage of sweeping vehicles, and minor maintenance of sweeping vehicles. The work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, 1 shower/dressing room accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, new exterior overhead doors, skylights, new interior man doors, and finishes. Work also includes a new roof structure, new bearing walls, new headers, new beams, new shear walls, a 1-hr parapet, a 1-hr attic fire barrier, and a 1-hr ceiling in lieu of a 1-hr parapet. This permit DOES NOT include the construction of a freestanding metal carport canopy that is shown on the site plan. A separate permit is required for that structure.
