Life Safety Inspection failed. Tenant space needs to correct the following items:
1) Provide approved door hardware - see inspector comments on plans for details.
2) Remove the keyed locking door hardware at the West exit (Ref. IFC 1008.1.8.3).
3) Cover open receptacles and open light switch outlets in the kitchen area.
4) Install minimum 2A:10:B:C rated fire extinguisher at an accessible location for occupant use. Extinguisher shall have a current inspection tag affixed.
5) Install sign at main entrance "This Door To Remain Unlocked When Building Is Occupied."
