Panic hardware was not provided at the noted exit. Also the use of the tenant space will be for dancing/restraunt not just restraunt as per the permit application. Tim Woodard was contacted by Eric, the owner, and it was agreed that an exit sign is to be placed over the exterior exit door from the bar area and the occupant load can be increased from the original 40 to 120. Tim requested that I mark the city approved plans as such on the next inspection.

Fire Review was clued into danceing going on in new bar area. I have revised the city drawings to show the increase in occupant load in that area. The load went from 40 to 120. Posting of the occupant load should indicate the increase. Troy has agreed to change the Posted occupant load provisions on the field set of plans. All other requirements remain the same. TLW
